Linitis plastica is a descriptive term usually referring to the appearance of the stomach that is reminiscent of an old leather water bottle. A 55-year-old gentleman was evaluated for dyspepsia. He was diagnosed to have Biopsy proven adenocarcinoma of the stomach. The CECT Abdomen showed a diffusely thickened stomach wall, characteristic of Linitis Plastica [1]. He received 4 cycles of Neoadjuvant FLOT and was taken up for total gastrectomy. The stomach specimen was also diffusely thickened with a classic leather bottle appearance. Linitis Plastica (LP) is a rare, aggressive form of gastric cancer characterized by diffuse infiltration of the gastric wall, resulting in poor outcomes even after curative resection and Perioperative treatment [2].
